Textile auxiliary production facility comprises of four reactor vessels capacity which are a mix of stainless steel and glass-lined vessels and a dedicated vessel to carry out product development and small volume trial batches. All have facilities of graduated dosing, compressed air, nitrogen blanket, vacuum, vapor extraction etc. Chemical processes and reactions that can be carried out include condensation process such as reactions between fatty acids and amines - the reaction can be carried out under pressure, vacuum and nitrogen blanket as desired; processes requiring distillation with or without vacuum, sulphonation reaction with sulphuric acid, 2-Ethyl Hexanol, oleum etc. and emulsion and solvent polymerization such as vinyl acetate, butyl acrylate and amides. Heat transfer is carried using specialized Marlotherm heat transfer medium oil, allowing temperature range of -25C – 200C.

Other significant facilities comprise equipment such as de-ionized water plant. To facilitate mixing and grinding of dry powder, there are two pin-disc mills of and one ribbon mixer. This plant is robust and versatile and also well suited to manufacture of a wide range of liquid soaps, detergents and shampoos, lotions and creams.
